Recently, the standardization and sanitization upgrade project of our company's production workshop has been successfully completed and officially put into use. In terms of sanitization upgrade, the workshop has fully upgraded the air purification system, adopted high-efficiency filtration equipment to ensure that the air cleanliness of the production area meets the first-level standard for food production; the ground, walls and ceiling are all made of food-grade special materials that are corrosion-resistant, easy to clean and free of dead ends, facilitating daily cleaning and disinfection; the production equipment has been fully inspected and upgraded, and automatic cleaning and disinfection devices have been added to realize full-process clean control of production equipment, ensuring product hygiene and safety from the source.

At the same time, the standardization upgrade has simultaneously improved the production operation specifications, unified the operating procedures of each post, equipment operating parameters and quality inspection standards, clarified job responsibilities, and strengthened operational training to ensure that every employee can strictly operate in accordance with standardized processes, realizing standardized and refined management of the production process.
