High fat powder

High Fat Powders consist of a stable source of vegetable fats and emulsifiers in powder form with fat contents of up to 80%. They are created using a modern technology known as spray drying, which makes it possible to obtain properly emulsified fat which is bonded with the medium.With good emulsion stability, they are an optimal fat source in food mixes and baking products.
